B.BaGs CloSet was originally born with the idea of helping family members, relatives and friends to get their beloved USA designer handbags while saving lots of money. A relative of mine is currently residing in USA and I can get the bags directly from outlets/retailers there. Relatives and friends had requested top designer brands from USA with varieties from Coach, Kate Spade, Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, and Victoria Secret.

I am not affiliated with any of these USA top leading brand stores nor am I their sales representative. I guarantee each and every product offered for sale on this site to be brand new with tags, genuine and 100% authentic. All items are thoroughly checked and carefully packaged before delivery to customers.

Terms and conditions

Here's how it works:

1) Contact me by email with the item you would like to order: Brand, Model Number and Colour as well as your Full Name, Address and Contact Number (for delivery purposes).

2) Orders will be confirmed after a 50% of the total invoice payment to one of the accounts below was received. A payment acknowledgment and order confirmation email will be sent within 2 working days after the payment was received.

3) If I do not have the item in stock at the time, I will try to acquire the ordered item within 1 weeks. If the ordered item is not available anymore, I will contact you and you have the choice to receive a FULL immediate refund or choosing a different item.

4) For any cancellations made after the order was confirmed, a cancellation fee of 30% of the order amount will be assessed. The remaining 20% will be refunded.

5) My default shipping method is in bulk. I send a shipment about every 1 weeks to a central location in Singapore. The shipment takes about 6-10 business day to arrive in Singapore. From there, the orders are being delivered. Individual shipment is available; please see below. Once shipment to Singapore occurred, all sales are final!

6) You will be contacted within 2 days of the items arrival in Singapore to set a date and time for hand delivery to your doorstep (nearest MRT station) with exceptions to east and north-east side only.

7) For other areas, we charge an additional S$5.00 for hand delivery to your doorstep.

8) The 50% invoice balance (and any delivery charge, if applicable) has to be paid in cash at delivery.

9) Please INSPECT your item upon collection. I do not accept any returns once the transaction is closed.

Notes (based on your questions):

* Prices quoted here are inclusive of bulk shipping charges, insurance, handling fees, overseas state tax, 7% GST and local delivery.

* Direct Shipping Option : If you prefer to receive the bags or wallets directly with a transit time of 6-10 business days, shipment via USPS Priority Mail is available at USD20 to USD50 with Tracking Number and insurance. The price varies based on size and weight.

* So how long does it really take for you to receive your item?

Best case: You notify me of your order today and your 50% deposit arrives in one of my accounts the next day. I have your item in stock and my regularly scheduled shipment is 1 day thereafter. Once the shipment arrives in Singapore you agree on a hand delivery the next day. Total time: 14 days.

Worst case: You notify me of your order today and your 50% deposit arrives in one of my accounts in 2 business days. I don't have your item in stock but I am able to find it after 1 week. My next regularly scheduled shipment is 1 week thereafter. Once the shipment arrives in Singapore you agree on a hand delivery 3 days thereafter. Total time: 27 days.

The Coach bags here are all 100% authentic, brand new with tags, wrapped with Coach tissue . They all come with Coach care card and most bags will come with dust bag unless otherwise stated ( As for the items from Coach Outlet, they don't provide the dust bag)Please indicate if require paperbag, gift boxes (additional top-up for shipping required as it adds to the weight).
